The genius that is Azzedine Alaia...
This tiny Tunisian born wonder is one of the world's greatest designers. I have admired his work since the 80's when I used to walk into the Melbourne institution Georges of Collins Street and dream that I would be transformed into one of his muses. He is a master of the cloth and marches to the beat of his own drum, not following trends but setting them and influencing those that see his work. Take a look...
Italians do it better...
Come summer, we will be seeing lots of colour take over the streets in Melbourne. So when I saw these gorgeous and stylish italian men, captured beautifully by Tommy Ton, I had to share. This is how you colour-block!

Going dotty...
I am in love with dots! To me they are like a classic striped T and really never go out of fashion. Prints are proving to be huge come winter and will continue through spring and into summer. Little Lanvin...
What better way to introduce your little fashionista to the world of high fashion than with the alluring label Lanvin. You will need a small fortune for these charming children's clothes as you won't get much change from $1,000.

Beautiful Lara and Tom...
Tom Ford in a beauty ad with the gorgeous Lara Stone. Well, it's to launch his make-up line, and who better to sell sex and beauty in an advertisement than Mr Ford's stubble! The looks are dramatic and the colours make an impact and are right on trend.

She began her career at Vogue in 1945, and has graced it's covers numerous times, and even served as muse to Salvador Dali at age 13. She has been photographed by the worlds best photographers - Richard Avedon, Irving Penn, Cecil Beaton, just to name a few. She is still modelling today. Here's a look at some of her incredible work.

The masters of the future...
Phoebe English was a Masters student from the prestigious design school, Central Saint Martins. Her entire AW/11 collection was black (so Melbourne...) and made mostly with hair! This strong and bold looking collection, really captured my attention, she is one designer to watch.
