Resort 2012 is over and one strong trend that came through is the sporty scuba influence. It brings to the fore a bold look with futuristic fabrics, zips exposed and splashes of colour. This body-con look means it's time to hit the gym so we are ready to shine through in summer.

Helmut Newton - need I say more?  The Museum of Fine Arts in Houston is featuring his works from these aptly titled books. The photographs in these books established Newton's reputation as a provocateur and lover of the female form. Not for everyone, the images can be confronting, however I appreciate these strong iconic pictures.

Extreme pumps...

These 8" stilettos have been designed by Christian Louboutin and are to be auctioned off to benefit the English National Ballet. They have been inspired by ballet shoes and are covered in Swarovski crystals. Although they look beautiful I don't think I could walk in them...
