P is for peplum...

Peplum originates from the Greek word for 'tunic' and is emerging as a huge trend for 2012/13. Usually attached to a jacket, blouse or dress – it brings the waist into focus – and this silhouette flatters every body shape. The peplum usually is ruffled but there are more minimalist options and you can utilise a belt to create a "peplum" effect.
